As many of our products are custom made for each order, we do not offer change-of-mind returns on these items.
However, some products in our store are sourced through third-party suppliers and may be eligible for returns. The return eligibility for these items will be clearly mentioned in the product description on the respective product page.
If the product that you received was damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please send us an email at sruthiashiq2@gmail.com and we will be happy to arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
For items that are eligible for returns (as stated in the product description), customers may request a return according to the conditions specified on that product page.
If we are unable to arrange for a replacement product, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If you placed an order by mistake, you may cancel the order within 2 hours of order placement by contacting us. We do not accept cancellation requests made more than 2 hours after the order has been placed.
