Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this window, production begins and cancellations are no longer possible.
As each piece is made-to-order, returns and refunds are only available in select cases. We offer replacements for damaged or incorrect items. The exchange will be for the same artwork, size, and frame type as your original order, subject to a quality assessment of the damaged goods.
Returns are accepted only if the artwork is unused and in its original packaging.
